Where are the Masks made? All of our VENETIAN MASKS are made in Artists Studios in Venice, Italy.
Who makes them? 6th and 7th generation Authentic Italian Artists. They are keeping their family traditions alive by limiting the number of masks created.
What are the Masks made from? Some are made of Paper Mache, paint, bells, faux pearls, glitter, feathers, braid, cord, macrame, gold.
How delicate are they? Although they are handcrafted, they are very durable. There are VENETIAN MASKS still on display and in use today which are hundreds of years old.
How do I take care of my mask? They do not require any special attention. Occasional dusting and easy handling is recommended however.

How are they shipped? We prefer to use USPS, priority mail. We have shipped to over 12 countries and 38 states and have never lost a shipment. International shipping is a flat fee of $35.00.
How long will my order take to arrive? It will take a maximum of four days to anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. Most often within two business days you can expect your order. Outside of the U.S or Canada please expect five to seven business days arrival.
What if my mask arrives and I am not satisfied? Our return policy is easy. If for any reason you feel unsatisfied with your purchase may return it within 7 business days in original condition with tags for a refund less 20% restocking fees, or exchange the mask for the full value in store credit. Return shipping paid by buyer.
